Family Photos in the canadian rockies
In May I decided I wanted to spend the summer in the Canadian Rockies instead of in Montreal. And so I cleared my schedule and moved to the mountains! When Rachel reached out to me and asked about booking a photoshoot with her family while I was in Banff, I was SO excited! She has the sweetest family and they were all such good sports! I got them to do a few funny prompts that they were unsure of but as always, I assured them that they'd turn out super cute!! And I think they did!!
When we got to the planned location, there was an entire family of elk hanging out in the field! Parks Canada gave us the go ahead to shoot in the field, from a distance. What a treat that was to incorporate elk into the photos (see the last photos for elk)! We started off the session with family photos and then I took portraits of everyone, ending off with the sweetest couple photos of mom and dad! After the family photoshoot, I headed off with Rachel and Liam to capture some couple photos at Moraine Lake... and little did Rachel know that Liam was planning on proposing!!! AHHHHHH!!!💍 🎉🎉 Stay tuned for that blog coming next week!! ✨
