POV: everyone wears a fascinator on your wedding day and it's a total vibe.
I am still not over this trend I saw at Anne-Catherine and Jeremie's Montreal wedding. The bride's sister had the amazing idea of getting all of their friends to buy fascinators from Amazon and wear them on the wedding day.
As a Montreal wedding photographer, I've seen my fair share of wedding trends but this one has got to be my favourite!! When I saw the group of friends arrive at the wedding, I was blown away by how they all looked like queens from the Victorian era. It was a stunning visual and I knew I had to capture it later on in the day! So during the cocktail hour, I pulled them all aside and requested a quick (very mandatory) photoshoot!!
The fascinators added such a unique element to the wedding day, and the fact that it was a coordinated effort made it all the more impressive. I hope that this idea inspires you to embrace your own unique and creative ideas when it comes to your wedding day! The wedding hats added a touch of vintage elegance that was simply unforgettable, and I would love to see more couples and their friends incorporate this kind of creative and fun element into their own special day.
The fascinators were bought on Amazon however, they looked like they were all custom made! They added an element of glamour and elegance to the already stunning wedding attire. Everyone literally looked like they came straight out of a fashion editorial. The wedding was at the Auberge Willow Inn, in Hudson Quebec.
Here are a few links to similar fascinators I found on Amazon! 10/10 recommend this trend!! Here's the link to a fun reel I made about this 2023 wedding trend inspiration!
